Abstract: Some public policies have driven the development of digital content to be used as resources to the learning process, encouraging the emergence of several development teams, whose developed products tend to focus on repositories, to be accessible to the public. Often the understanding of what elements should be present on an object varies between the teams, making the processes of structuring, recovering and reusing of these objects more difficult. This paper analyses the difficulties involved in the development process of learning objects in the field of Chemistry, and proposes a model to minimize them.
