Incorporação de novas funcionalidades no ambiente de ensino-aprendizagem Claroline

Resumo: É crescente o número de ambientes Web para ensino-aprendizagem e especial destaque merecem aqueles que se enquadram na filosofia “open source”, pois permitem que sejam modificados para atender necessidades específicas. O Claroline se enquadra nesta categoria. Para que benefícios propiciados por e- learning possam ser experimentados por alunos, torna-se necessário que os professores sejam motivados a utilizá-las. Este artigo apresenta modificações que foram realizadas no ambiente Claroline, focando as necessidades do professor, principalmente nos aspectos de avaliação de trabalhos. A experiência de uso do Claroline motivou o desenvolvimento deste trabalho, cujos resultados estão propiciando maior produtividade para o professor.

Abstract: The number of Learning Environment System is growing, including many open source options. Claroline matches this kind of software. In order to observe the advantages provided by e-learning by students, it is necessary that teachers be motivated to use software for this task. This article presents the challenges performed at the Claroline environment, focusing the needs of teacher, mainly on the aspects of evaluation of the works developed by the students. The experience of use of Claroline has been motivated the development of this work, which results include the module manage student's work, that provides a better level of usability of the software.
