Tratamento da Privacidade dos Usuários de Sistemas Educacionais Web
Resumo
Resumo: O desenvolvimento de tecnologias que auxiliem no processo de ensino-aprendizagem é assunto discutido em várias áreas do conhecimento. Através de teorias psicopedagógicas e recursos computacionais torna-se possível oferecer sistemas personalizáveis, visando melhorias no processo de ensino-aprendizagem. A necessidade da coleta de informações pessoais para funcionamento destes sistemas possui relevância ética e legal, pois se trata da privacidade de pessoas. Para tanto, este trabalho propõe um framework para tratamento da questão da privacidade em ambientes educacionais, respaldado por teorias educacionais. O tratamento da privacidade é realizado através de um agente de usuário que permite a escolha de opções de coleta, previamente definidas pelo domínio da aplicação.
Abstract: The development of technologies that assist in the teach-learning process is a argued subject in some areas of knowledge. Through psychopedagogical theories and computational resources the offers of personalized systems is possible, aiming at improvements in the teach-learning process. The necessity of the collection personal information for these systems possesss ethical and legal relevance, therefore it is about the privacy of people. For this, this work proposes a framework for treatment of the privacy’s question in educational environments, endorsed by educational theories. The privacy treatment is done through a user agent which allows the choice of collection options, previously defined by the application domain.
