Carências e Possibilidades em Informática Educativa na Rede Estadual Paraense e Questões Éticas Colocadas para Educadores/Pesquisadores

Resumo: Este artigo descreve uma pesquisa envolvendo 30 escolas da rede estadual paraense no município de Belém, acerca de ações ligadas à informática educativa. Entre os elementos identificados, destacou-se o problema da ociosidade no uso de equipamentos, por razões que incluem falta de responsável técnico pelo laboratório, e falta de uma política efetiva de formação de docentes para o uso. Faz-se ainda uma reflexão sobre questões éticas que se colocam ao educador/pesquisador diante de tais indicadores.
Abstract: This paper describes the results of a research with 30 government schools in the city of Belém. The research focused on the actions of these schools regarding educative informatics. The main results of this research is the high idle time of the equipments due to the lack of technical staff in the school laboratory and the lack of policies for training the teachers in the usage of the equipment. The paper concludes with a discussion about ethical concerns that a educator or researcher faces when dealing with the results identified.
