To achieve the results obtained by the research, the methodological procedure used was qualitative research descriptive and explanatory in nature, being possible to make brief considerations about the importance of reflection-action in teacher education, about the relationship of information and communication technologies to education in a globalized world;on the efficiency of teacher education in what relates to the pedagogical practice that uses ICT as didactic-pedagogical resources and, above all, about the integration and effective use of ICTs in the classroom as a way to qualify the teaching-learning process. What you get as a result of the research is that the computerization of Brazilian public schools is apparent, considering that the training offered to teachers to the use of ICTs ineffective and unsatisfactory, which is surely proven in everyday life of these institutions.
