Resumo: Este artigo apresenta o estudo de caso realizado com o bate-papo do Moodle para a realização de um debate educacional. Foram identificados problemas na coordenação dos assuntos pelo mediador. Para apoiar o mediador num debate, nessa pesquisa é proposto o sistema TabsChat que implementa o mecanismo de abas para a organização dos assuntos da discussão, visando auxiliar os participantes na transição, foco e identificação dos assuntos em debate.
Abstract: This article presents a case study carried out with Moodle’s chat to achieve an education debate. The mediator identified problems in coordinating affairs. To assist the mediator in a debate in this research is proposed TabsChat system that implements the mechanism of tabs to organize the affairs of the discussion, to assist participants in the transition, focus and identify issues for discussion.
