Relações Sociais em Comunidades Virtuais de Aprendizagem
Resumo
Resumo: Esse estudo investigou a formação de comunidades virtuais de aprendizagem (CVA). A pesquisa foi realizada com 18 alunos do terceiro semestre do curso de Graduação semipresencial em Letras-Português da Universidade Federaldo Ceará, uma parceria com a Universidade Aberta do Brasil, no semestre 2008.2. Utilizou-se como método de pesquisa o etnográfico e os princípios da etnografia virtual. Os dados consistiram das mensagens registradas no fórum do ambiente, entrevistas com os alunos e observações nos encontros presenciais. Os resultados apontaram os seguintes elementos formadores de uma CVA: Status, Papéis, Normas, Interação Social e Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação(TIC), validando os elementos formadores de uma comunidade encontrados na literatura e elencando outros elementos, manifestados especificamente nos espaços formais e aprendizagem.
Abstract: This study investigated the formation of learning virtual communities (CVA). The research was performed with 18 3rd semester undergrad students in semi-presential mode at Languages –Portuguesein theFederal University of Ceará, a partnership with the Open University of Brazil (Universidade Aberta do Brasil), on semester 2008.2. The ethnographic method was chosen along with the principles of virtual ethnography. The data consisted of messages posted in the forumenvironment, interviews with the students and observations in the presential meetings. The results pointed out the following as composing elements of a CVA: Status, roles, Regulations, Social Interaction and Communication and Information Technologies (TIC), that validated the roles which were already found in literature and made it possible to expose some others that hadn’t been proposed yet. These roles were specifically manifested in formal spaces of learning.
