Tutoria Inteligente Completa para os Conceitos Formais da Lógica Proposicional: Experimentos e Resultados
Resumo
Despite the importance of Logic discipline for the curriculum of scientific and technological areas, there are several problems with the teaching of this discipline in undergraduate courses. Computational tools, especially intelligent tutoring systems, can have a positive impact on the learning of Logic. The present work presents an intelligent environment for teaching Propositional Logic, which stands out from its predecessors in two fundamental aspects: an adherence to Dialectic and Socio-Historical principles in its tutoring processes, and a learning support for main concepts of Propositional Logic. The paper introduces the user interface and tutoring features of the environment. Empirical experiments conducted with the environment shown, with a high level of statistical significance, that the environment had a positive impact on learning of Logic and was well accepted by students.
