Utilização de Robôs de Conversação como meio de Aprendizagem para Crianças e Pré-Adolescentes

Resumo: Este artigo apresenta um estudo de estratégias para utilização de robôs de conversação (Chatterbots) no processo de aprendizagem de temas diversos. A estruturação do sistema foi realizada com o auxilio de duas profissionais da área de psicologia que apontaram várias diferenças entre a interação de Chatterbots com adultos da realizada com crianças e adolescentes. Como estudo de caso foi construído e testado um robô que conversava sobre saúde cardiovascular.
Abstract: This article presents a study of strategies for use in Chatbots (Chatterbots) in the process of apprenticeship of different subjects. The structuring of the system was carried out by the presence of two professionals of the area of psychology who pointed to several differences between the interaction of Chatterbots with adults and with children and adolescents. A robot which talks about health was built and tested using the proposed structure.
