InfoLIBRAS – O Uso da Web para o Aprendizado da Língua de Sinais com Termos da Informática

Resumo: A Língua de Sinais é muito importante para a educação do surdo, pois é sua principal forma de comunicação. Através dos sinais o surdo pode compreender com mais facilidade o mundo em que vive. O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar as etapas para o desenvolvimento do InfoLIBRAS, um ambiente para auxiliar o ensino da LIBRAS através da Internet. Para tanto, o sistema consta de uma aplicação web interativa que consulta a palavra e mostra o vídeo, a figura e o texto da mesma. Através dele, pessoas surdas podem compreender o uso da língua de sinais. O sistema foi desenvolvido com base nos conhecimentos teóricos de LIBRAS com explicação da palavra.

Abstract: The Language of Signals is very important for the education of the deaf therefore is its main form of communication. Through the signals the deaf can understand with more easiness the world where he lives. The objective of this work is to present the stages for the development of the InfoLIBRAS, an environment for to assist the learning of the LIBRAS through the Internet. For in such a way, the system will consist of an interactive application web, that it will consult the word and it will show the video, the figure and the text of the same one. Through it, deaf people will be able to understand the use of the signals language. The system will be developed on the basis of the knowledge theoretical LIBRAS with explanation of the word.
