Uma Iniciativa de Formação Docente em Design Instrucional sob os enfoques de Design Thinking e Experiência do Usuário
Resumo
In classrooms it is very common to hear students complaining about monotonous classes with outdated methodologies; teachers still reproduce in class what their teachers did decades ago. New approaches are needed to be discussed and worked on in teacher training courses. Research indicates that the Design Thinking (DT) approach and the focus on User Experience (UX) can contribute to good results being achieved considering products, users and context, and possibly with teachers and students. Thus, this article presents an initiative to train teachers/guardians of EaD (Distance Education) in Instructional Design, using DT and UX. The reports of the students show, in general, a positive result of the study explaining a gain in quality in rethinking the planning of DI, which can lead to the development of new technologies that support the process.
