Avaliação de Interfaces pelo Usuário Final: Alunos em Ambiente Escolar

Resumo

Resumo: Este trabalho propõe um novo método participativo, o Percurso Cognitivo Cooperativo, para avaliação de interfaces envolvendo crianças e jovens e apresenta os resultados da utilização deste método com alunos, em ambiente escolar, para avaliação de interfaces de um portal infantil desenhadas para possibilitar o trabalho em grupo e sua customização. Os alunos participam de maneira ativa e com poder de decisão do processo de construção de software.

Abstract: This work investigates the new participatory method, Cooperative Cognitive Walkthrough, to evaluate interfaces with children and young children and presents the results of using this method with young students, at school, to evaluate interfaces of a website for children designed to allow the work of groups of students and its customization. The students participate of the software construction process with empowerment and actively.
