Um Sistema Tutor Inteligente para um Ambiente Virtual de Ensino Aprendizagem

Resumo: Apresentamos neste artigo um Sistema Tutor Inteligente aplicado em um Ambiente Virtual de Ensino Aprendizagem. Neste ambiente a tutoria consiste em dar suporte e acompanhar o aluno/usuário durante um curso a distância utilizando um agente inteligente que faz uso da técnica de Raciocínio Baseado em Casos. O objetivo é orientar o aluno/usuário no processo de aprendizado, realizando um trabalho de acompanhamento de forma constante, fomentando a troca de experiências entre aluno e tutor, e do aluno com os demais alunos de sua turma. A tutoria deve fomentar um processo de aprendizado colaborativo, onde todos os envolvidos contribuirão para o crescimento contínuo do grupo como um todo.

Abstract: In this paper we present an Intelligent Tutoring System applied in a Virtual Learning Environment. In this environment the tutoring consists of provinding support and accompanying the user (student) during a distance course using an intelligent agent that reasons using the technique of Case-Based Reasoning. The objective is to guide the student in the learning process, accompanying the student/user in a constant way, fomenting the exchange of experiences between student and tutor, and of the student with the other students in his/her group. The tutoring should foment a process of colaborative learning, where all the students involved contribute to the continuous growth of the group as a whole.
