Ambientes Virtuais de Aprendizagem como Vivência Educativa, Terapêutica e Social com Adolescentes com Fibrose Cística Internados em Isolamento Hospitalar

Resumo: A pesquisa aborda os processos da interação e da aprendizagem nas relações dos seres humanos com enfoque nos doentes crônicos com Fibrose Cística (FC) internados em isolamento no Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre (HCPA)-RS. Dentre os objetivos destacam-se o de propiciar espaços que oportunizem a aprendizagem de adolescentes em isolamento hospitalar e a interação em AVAs, e também o de avaliar esse processo de aprendizagem e de interação com sujeitos com FC, em AVAs, nos quartos restritos. As atividades realizadas no desenvolvimento da pesquisa permitiram a análise e discussão dos resultados, com a participação de quatro sujeitos (DV, DK, DS, NL) e a apresentação da síntese dos resultados nas dimensões educacional (aprendizagem/apropriação e interatividade com as ferramentas), social (interação com os sujeitos) e sócio-afetiva/saúde (interação com o meio, emoção-afeto e os aspectos referentes à saúde e à terapêutica). Caracteriza-se como uma Pequisa na área de Informática na Educação, pioneira no âmbito de hospitais públicos e de pacientes crônicos hospitalizados em isolamentos e oportuniza a construção de pontes e elos entre pacientes hospitalizados e pessoas externas ao hospital utilizando as Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TICs) como meia para a interação e a interatividade como vivência terapêutica, educativa e social.

Abstract: The research concernes the interaction and learning processes in the humans beings relations focused on chronically diseased on Cystic Fibrosis (CF) hospitalized isolation in the Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre (HCPA)-RS. Among the objectives, the creation of spaces that allow the learning of hospital-isolated teenagres and interaction in VLEs can be highlighted, altogether with evaluating the learning and interaction processes between these subjects and their disease in VLEs, in restricted rooms. The activities that took place during the development of the research allowed the analysis and discussion of the results, with the participation of four subjects (DV, DK, DS and NL) and the presentation of the results' synthesis in the educational (learning/appropriation and interactivity with tools), social (subject interaction) and social-affective/health (interaction with the enviroment, emmotion affection and the aspects referring to health and therapeutics). It characterizes itself as a Research in the area of Informatics in Education, pioneer in the matter of public hospitals and chronic patients. It ensures the construction of bridges and links between the patients and people who are external to the hospital, and utilizes the Information and Communication technologies (ICTs) as means for interactions and interactivity as a therapeutical, educational and social living.
