Metodologia para desenvolvimento de um site com interface adaptativa usando redes neurais e a teoria das Inteligências Múltiplas

Resumo: Este artigo apresenta uma metodologia para realizar adaptação na interface de um site conforme as características do usuário, o conhecimento do especialista da relação característica do usuário-resultado final a ser apresentado, e a interação do usuário com o sistema. Para o desenvolvimento de tal metodologia foi definido que seria uma adaptação centrada na apresentação e a característica do usuário seria fundamentada na Teoria das Inteligências Múltiplas de Gardner. Para a realização de tal adaptação a metodologia propõe a utilização de uma rede neural do tipo MLP (Multi- Layer Perceptron) e uma rede neural do tipo IAC (Interaction Activation and Competition). Simulações iniciais têm apresentado resultados promissores. Todavia, de forma a avaliar e validar a metodologia, um protótipo de site adaptativo, focado num problema de Engenharia Clinica (apresentação de um equipamento médico-hospitalar) vem sendo desenvolvido, no sentido de fornecer a apresentação do material em diferentes mídias adaptando-se ao perfil / estilo do usuário.

Abstract: This article presents a methodology to accomplish adaptation in the interface of a site it conforms the user's characteristics, the specialist's of the characteristic relationship knowledge of the final user-result to be presented, and the user's interaction with the system. For the development of such methodology it was defined that would be an adaptation centered in the presentation and the user's characteristic would be based in the Theory of the Multiple Intelligences of Gardner. For the accomplishment of such adaptation the methodology proposes the use of a neural network of the type MLP (Multi-Layer Perceptron) and a neural network of the type IAC (Interaction Activation and Competition). Initial simulations have been presenting promising results. Though, in way to evaluate and to validate the methodology, a prototype of site adaptativo, it focalized in a problem of Clinical Engineering (presentation of an equipment doctor-hospitalar) it comes being developed, in the sense of supplying the presentation of the material in different mídias adapting to the profile / the user's style.
