A construção de histórias em quadrinhos eletrônicas por alunos autistas

Resumo: Em geral, indivíduos com a síndrome do autismo possuem muitas dificuldades para interagirem socialmente, vivendo em um mundo isolado e, apesar da crescente quantidade de trabalhos de informática na educação especial, a população autista é alvo de poucos trabalhos nesta área. Este artigo relata os resultados de um projeto de utilização de um software editor de histórias em quadrinhos (HagáQuê) por alunos autistas, na tentativa de auxiliar no desenvolvimento do processo de interação e comunicação destes com a sociedade.
Abstract: In general, people with the autism syndrome have several difficulties to socially interact, living in an isolated world and, in spite of the increasing number of papers about computers in special education, there are few projects about people with autism in this area. This paper reports the results of a project about the use of a comics editor software called HagáQuê by autistic students, trying to help the development of the interaction and communication process of these students.
