Resumo
Resumo: Os distintos perfis de usuários que utilizam ambientes de aprendizagem colaborativa, a gama de recursos que estes ambientes disponibilizam e a constante evolução destes recursos, fazem com que os usuários necessitem de auxílio constante para sua utilização. Assim, o trabalho aqui descrito apresenta uma análise das formas de ajuda on-line comumente encontradas nestes ambientes e propõe um conjunto mínimo destas formas que poderia ser, por estes, oferecido.
Abstract: The different profiles of users that use collaborative learning environments, the range of resources that provide these environments and the constant evolution of these features make users require constant assistance for their use. Thus, the work described here presents an analysis of the forms of online help commonly found in these environments and proposes a minimum set of forms that could be offered by them.
