Trocas interindividuais no fórum de discussão: um estudo sobre as comunidades de aprendizagem em espaços de educação à distância

Resumo: A consolidação da EAD como modalidade de ensino tende a colocar em pauta as ideias de aprendizagem em comunidades virtuais (CV). Entende- se que a dinâmica das trocas de pensamento, numa perspectiva piagetiana, se apresenta como possibilidade para a compreensão do processo de interação em uma CV. Assim, busca-se estudar a dinâmica da conversação em um fórum de discussão, a fim de compreender os processos que envolvem a formação de comunidades virtuais de aprendizagem. O percurso de pesquisa envolve a análise do conteúdo das mensagens, o mapeamento da interação e a análise da relação entre eles. Resultados apontam que existe relação entre o texto das mensagens e a continuidade das trocas interindividuais.

Abstract: Distance learning as a way of teaching tends to highlight the ideas of learning in virtual communities. We understand that the dynamics of thought exchanges through a piagetian perspective is a possibility for the comprehention of the interaction process in a virtual community. Thus, we study the dynamic of conversation in a discussion forum with the purpose of understanding the process involved in virtual learning communities formation. The research involves the content analysis of messages, the mapping of interaction and the analysis of the relationship between the contents and interactions. Results point out that there is connection between the text of the messages and the continuity of inter-individual exchanges.
