Resumo

Management System Learning Object Content Open Accessible, promotes the creation, collaboration and sharing of these resources to support the teaching and learning process involving people with disabilities. In this context, the main problem that arises is that do not have an appropriate digital space to house all objects efficiently. Given this situation, the aim pursued with this article is to present the process of building a quality tool that allows the management of these resources safely and reliably a Learning Object Repository Accessible and Open Content reusable, Ad Hoc methodology was used, which allowed guiding the practical part of this research.
