Abstract. This article describes a system of mobile learning lung sounds, which allows students to learn to identify the sounds of the lungs of a patient and determine if this is a normal or typical of a lung problem sound. At the end the effectiveness of the system is shown by a confusion matrix Resumen. Este artículo describe un sistema de aprendizaje móvil de Ruidos Pulmonares, que permite a los estudiantes aprender a identificar los sonidos de los pulmones de un paciente y determinar si el mismo es un sonido normal o propio de un problema pulmonar. Al final se muestra la efectividad del sistema mediante una matriz de confusión
