This paper presents a tool type m-learning called AppSimplex developed through the Mobile-D methodology; this app serves to support the teaching - learning of Linear Programming (LP) in the course of Operations Research . AppSimplex is an innovative , practical and functional tool to promote learning of the PL, specifically in the resolution of the issues to deterministic models of PL : Graphical Method , Duality Theory and Simplex Method.
