iDE: framework inteligente para suporte à decisão: um estudo de caso em EaD

Resumo

Retrieving tacit knowledge and using it as useful information to solve problems require adequate mapping strategies and formalization, for these are subjective experiences that induce informal but also valuable learning. This paper presents the iDE, an intelligent framework that combines AI techniques, such as Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) and Multiagent Systems, with informations contained in a LMS and in experts opinions, to map this implicit knowledge and combine it to the explicit in order to suggest solutions based on past cases. For validation, it was proposed a case study comprehending a teaching institution that offers courses on Distance Education mode in the Amazon region.
