Resumo

The software development for e-learning has become complex, thus requiring tools that assist developers within this domain. User Stories (US) are artifacts widely used in the conception phase of the software. However, few works have explored how to take into account the aspects of usability when elaborating US. This paper presents an approach to support developers in the writing of user stories that embrace aspects of usability in the domain of e-learning. The proposal is composed of a grammar to the writing of US, a set of human-computer interaction artifacts to provide insights about users, and usability guidelines for e-learning software. We carried out an experimental study with 19 participants that evaluated positively the use of the approach. The results also revealed that the usability guidelines for e-learning are an important tool for specifying usability aspects into the US.
