A Realidade Aumentada no Ensino de Sólidos Geométricos

Resumo


This paper presents the result of a research on a workshop conducted with eighth and ninth year students of a State College, in which a game and Augmented Reality (AR) were used to address geometric solids. The data collection occurred through a questionnaire, revealing that most students do not know AR, the use of games and software in teaching geometry is not a common practice in their classes, would like to see other applications of AR in mathematics, the game was well accepted, although considered difficult by some, aroused interest and motivation to study mathematical concepts providing the understanding of properties of geometric solids.
