Utilização de Modelos Mentais para Representação de Estruturas Cognitivas de Aplicativos TVDi

Resumo

In the Interactive Digital TV context (iDTV) models minds can be especially useful to represent the cognitive structure of end users of iDTV applications contributing to improvement of the meta process between developers of such applications and end users. In this work, we employed methods of qualitative and quantitative research in order to verify the representation of these applications through mental models developed by students enrolled in a course design. The results show the use of metaphors as storyboard and also natural language are quite recurrent among those participants.
