Resumo: Este texto tem por objetivo explicitar o arcabouço conceitual das oficinas de informática e cidadania do Mutirão pela Inclusão Digital, a partir da ótica da hipermodernidade e do detalhamento e análise da prática leitora “Dilemas da Hipermodernidade” realizada durante o ano de 2006 na Universidade de Passo Fundo.
Abstract: The objective of this text is to explain the concepts of the computer science and citizenship workshops’ developed by the Digital Inclusion Project, from the optics of the hipermodernity and through the detailing and analysis of the practical reader “Hipermodernity questions”, that happened during the year of 2006 in the University of Passo Fundo.
