Resumo: O artigo descreve a gênese de uma comunidade virtual e faz relações com a aprendizagem. Trata-se de um estudo de caso e apresenta resultados descritivos de um processo de modificação do foco de discussão, influenciado pela construção coletiva. As discussões têm por base as quatro aprendizagens essenciais e a educação não-formal.
Abstract: The paper describes the genesis of a virtual community and their relations with learning. The design adopted was a study case that presents descriptive results of a process of change about focus of the community, influenced by collective construction of knowledge. The discussions were based on four means for essential learning and a non-formal educational approach.
