Abstract: This paper presents a Virtual Learning Environments (VLE) evaluation model based on the original model created by Schlemmer & Fagundes (2001) and Schlemmer (2002). This model is oriented by the Complexity paradigm, as well as by an interactionist/constructivist and systemic view. It was applied in a real case of VLE evaluation at the University. The model considers multiple perspectives (technological, communicational, social, pedagogic and managerial) as well as its application by an interdisciplinary group of actors (users, educators, technicians and managers).
