Bellow are listed some free systems produced by
LInE.
Our projects aim to promote the teaching and learning via Web, mainly related to Math. Some contributions of LInE are:
- iMath: portal (articles and software) to promote teaching and learning of Maht
(general project with some links).
- iAssign is a Moodle plugin
that allows interactive activities inside Moodle, when using any iLM (interactive Learning Module).
For example, with one iVProg activity, the iAssign allows student to prepare an algorithm that solve the
proposed problem and, "clicking" on evaluation button, besides to receive an imediate feedback about his solution, it
is also send to the Moodle server. As result, the teacher also can verify the student solution.
- iVProg: is a system to promote teaching and learning process related to algoritm and programming.
The iVProg is a free software, implemented in JavaScript/HTML/CSS, allowing programming under a traditional model (textual),
but also uder a visual model.
It was designed to be used by students from the last year of fundamental education (students from 13 years old on).
The iVProg can be integrate to
Moodle
(as an iLM) using our free package
iAssign (more recent version).
Its source code is here.
- iGeom: is a software to promote Interative Geometry, its first version was
implemented in Java targeting the learning processo of Geometry concepts.
The iGeom is another iLM that can be integrate to Moodle
environment, through our package iAssign (more recent version)
(however, nowadays, a few browsers allow to run "applets").
We are working on a
iGeom prototype implemented in JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
Its source code is here.
- iGraf: is a software implemented in Java targeting the learning process related to functions.
The iGraf is another iLM that can be integrate to Moodle
environment, through our package iAssign (more recent version)
(however, nowadays, a few browsers allow to run "applets").
- iCG: is a software implemented in Java targeting the learning principle of programming,
it implemented a simple model of a computer allowing the learner to understand how computer works.
It is is another iLM that can be integrate to Moodle
environment, through our package iAssign (more recent version)
(however, nowadays, a few browsers allow to run "applets").
Its source code is available trhough the
CCSL Git.
- iComb: is one more iLM implemented in Java,
this one targeting the learning of combinatorics concepts.
- iHanoi is other iLM, it has versions implemented in
Java, but also in JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
It is a digital version of the math game proposed by
Édouard Lucas (in 1883).
You can test it here.
Its source code is here.
- SAW é is a
System of Apprenticeship via Web implemented using PHP and MySQL,
designed to easy the incorporation of iLM.
It was used between 2004 and 2010, when we addopted Moodle, now integrating iLM
using our contribution iAssign.
- iMath é was another
LInE
project implemented using PHP and MySQL,
this one (mainly) targeting to manage university scientific initiation, with tutor and tutees,
allowing the disponibilization of Web contents (also using iLM).
