Diretrizes das Políticas Públicas de Alfabetização Digital do Estado do Paraná
Resumo
Resumo: As Políticas Públicas de alfabetização digital, implementadas no Estado do Paraná através do PROINFO, do PROEM e do Programa Paraná Digital, tiveram das orientações da Secretaria de Estado da Educação, mudanças no encaminhamento de gestão, delimitado do período de 1997 a 2002 e de 2003 a 2006, relativo às ações na área de informática na educação, nos aspectos administrativos, logísticos, técnicos e de disseminação pedagógica do uso do computador na prática pedagógica de professores das escolas públicas estaduais. Este artigo remete-se às diferenças provenientes de tais encaminhamentos, demonstrando as conseqüências que deslumbram, atualmente, uma gestão educacional inovadora.
Abstract: The Public Politics of digital alphabetizing implemented in the Stateof the Paraná through the PROINFO, the PROEM and Digital ParanáProgram, had of the orientation of the State Secretary of the Education,changes in the guiding of management, delimited of the period of 1997 up to2002 and 2003 up to 2006, relative one to the actions in the area of computerscience in the education, the administrative, logistic aspects, technician and ofpedagogical dissemination of the use of the practical computer in thepedagogical one of teachers of the state public schools. This article presentsthe differences proceeding from such method, demonstrating theconsequences that fascinate, currently, an innovative educational.
