Resumo
Resumo: Este trabalho descreve comparativamente a resolução colaborativa de problemas em sala de aula e através do AulaNet. O experimento foi conduzido no curso de Sistemas Operacionais da graduação em Engenharia de Computação da PUC-Rio. Constatou-se que, utilizando métodos de trabalho distintos, os grupos pesquisados alcançaram resultados semelhantes em ambos os ambientes. Outros aspectos como tamanho dos grupos, liderança e satisfação com o trabalho também foram analisados.
Abstract: This paper compares collaborative problem resolution in the classroom and using the AulaNet Environment. The experiment was conducted in the Operating Systems discipline of the undergraduate course of Computer Engineering at PUC-Rio. Results showed that the groups studied accomplished similar results in both environments, though by different working methods. Other aspects like group size, leadership and satisfaction at work were also analyzed.
